Winamp is asking for new updates evey time, do we have to download the updates?.

My foot pedal does not work, what can be wrong?
1. Check your USB cable.
2. Did you install Winamp in C:\Program Files\Winamp?
3. Does your operating system support Digital Dictation (See list above)?
4. Do not use MP2 recording, but record as WAV or MP3.

I get an error when openening Winamp, what do I do?
Check the following list: Digital Dictation Errorlist.
Error 1.. is hardware problem
Error 2.. is hardware or rights problem (please ask your administrator).

Cannot open read handle - Access Denied = Error 206
You are not loged on as a Administrator.

Can I use other Winamp plug-ins and/ or skins?
Most Winamp plug-ins will cause not a problems, but we can not guarantee full support. Please check the following list for plug-ins that are supported: Digital Dictation Plug-in support list.
If your plug-in is not mentioned in this list we don't support it. You could ask us to test the plug-in. Use of skins is allowed.
